Shaka Soap is a new company located on the Big Island in Hawaii. They make soap from the most natural ingredients possible with a touch of Hawaiian flair. They offer lip balm, lotions, salves, sugar scrubs, and bath salts.
I was sent the Waimea Rain soap, which is naturally exfoliating.
These handcrafted bars of soap are approximately 4-5 oz . Each is made from saponified oils of oilve, coconut, palm, and castor oil. They are scented with an ocean blend. It is named Waimea Rain as it reminds one of the aroma the rain leaves after falling on the Waimea hills. Shaka soaps are colored with oxides, which are earth-derived colorants. There is also ground oatmeal throughout the bar for a gentle, mild exfoliant. Handmade soap is so luxurious to use. The lather is amazing, the scent is fresh and clean, and the best part is that you know what products are being used on your body.
I love love love this soap. I like the exfoliant in it, it makes me feel good and scrubbed and clean. Plus it smells lovely.
