My Thoughts:

I wish I had this book when I was 14 or 15. It is short and simple. Each chapter is a "rule" you should follow or consider. It's to the point, and easy to understand. You could read the whole book at once, or just find the areas you want to work on, and read about them. This is a great book for anyone concerned about skin or beauty issues!
